Kent Payne is an investment property specialist in Nicaragua real estate who represents real estate transactions for select properties inside the gates of Gran Pacifica.
Kent has significant and broad experience of the real estate industry having started his career in 1992 brokering and marketing the sales of homes in his native United States.
Since emigrating to live in his adopted home nation Nicaragua in 2006, Kent has been committed to developing the Nicaragua real estate offering and promoting it sustainably and honestly to increasing international interest.
Kent began his career locally assisting with the planning, proposal and development of Gran Pacifica Resort, an expansive and luxurious community spanning 2,500 acres, offering first class amenities and beachfront living in Nicaragua to expatriates and international investors.
With his in-depth and hands-on understanding of Nicaraguan real estate having been built from the ground up, today Kent works as a power of attorney to those seeking retirement properties in Nicaragua, investment real estate or who are interested in new Nicaraguan property construction and development.
He is also CEO and co-owner of Playa Pacifica Resort Villas, a ‘tiny home’ community built right at the water’s edge inside the gates of the private development of Gran Pacifica Beach and Golf Resort.
