Las Fincas is a solar powered community with an ample system included. This system can easily be expanded if necessary but should provide you with plenty of clean, reliable power. Our centralized well system includes a 32,000 gallon reserve tank and is gravity fed to each lot. There are no "hook up" fees for the water; in fact, there are no extra fees at all. We pay all the closing costs!

 To stay true to our commitment to the environment, we have situated this revolutionary new development around our private, 450 acre reserve.  Of course, we will be encouraging organic composting, require pools to be salt based (non chlorine), limits on what vegetation can be cut and all lots will be required to install septic system. Las Fincas has building limitations on the size that can be built on the site. We also have a limit to only one story homes to further reduce or human footprint.
