I am planing to retire soon otherwise I would not sell any properties in this best area from Barbados because the value and rental income of Properties in Barbados Saint Lawrence Gap raise all the time and there are many condos but hardly a lot to build your own dream for sale.

Only 2 lots left in this road for building permission. It is just a small side road of St.Lawrence Gap and has just about 10 buildings max. 2 storey high.

Very attractive  area as rental income is high and value get higher and higher.

In a couple of years it would be very hard to find any land for sale in Barbados.
