This unique location is ideal for those who love to
pioneer and live off the beaten track or for an eco-hotel
and nature reserve. Situated on a secluded river with
entrance for boats with up to 2m draft. 15 minutes by
speedboat from the town and harbour of Itaparica.
Completely untouched, no buildings, no mod-cons, but
unique and accessible by land or sea. There are traces of
a settlement from the 17th. Century and a sweet-water
well from the same period.
7ha. across river is connected to infrastructure by dirt
road. Extension to power grid possible.

idea of its location by pulling back and seeing the island
