This old quaint neighborhood is 2 blocks from the Paseo de Montejo, the main boulevard boasting the most elegant centuries-old homes in Merida. Just 4 blocks to the Hyatt, the InterContinental and the Fiesta Americana Hotels is this charming 2 bedroom 2 bath home totally rehabbed.
