This beautiful island of 127.450 sqm and a mooring with 130 meters of extension is located to 7 minutes by speedboat of the city of Ituberá. It is inaccessible for earth (it is an island), enjoying like this total privacy and safety, and far away from the noise and the pollution of the city. At the same time, close enough to offer several basic needs and emergencies, such as medical care / dental care, ready help, drugstores, doctors, police, supermarkets, banks, hairdressers etc. 

The island has 2.000 coconut trees in production, cashew trees, orange trees. There is also 3 houses built with approximately 80 m² each one.
