Crisis always has at least two edges, and the sharper one will always be opportunity. Successful investors know that when ever things are heated and booming, only the ones who recognized the right opportunities, at the right time, usually prior to good times, are the ones who make a killing.

Quintas La Centella was one of the first projects that came to the market even before Panama had its real state boom, and it did very well.
