A beautiful beach at your front door!!  1/2 way between Jaco and Quepos near Parrita.  We have a clear concession on property. The house has two large bedrooms, eat  in kitchen, seperate laundry/storage room, screened in front porch; hot pressurized water; newly painted inside and out; new roof; fully furnished; plenty of flowers and some fruit trees.  Back yard is plenty big enough to add a pool or add an addition to house.  We have one of the nicest views on the beach.  There are several americans living along the beach, 3 restaurants, 3 hotels, one hotel offers horseback riding another has jet skis.  Sunsets are phenominal.  Only 10 minutes to town where you have 2 grocery stores, doctors, dentists, pharmacies, building supplies stores, bi-lingual attorney's office, internet cafe 2 banks, just about anything you need. There is a caretaker to watch the house when you're not there and to help maintain the yard.
