The ranch is situated 16 kilometres south east of the town Dullstroom in the eastern highlands of South Africa  is easily accessed from the main roads. The ranch is 1300 ha (3213 Acres)in extent and fenced to keep natural game in. Trout fishing in 12 kilometres of crocodile river and three dams. Game found includes Eland, Blesbuck, Black Wildebeest, Impala, Zebra, Waterbuck, Reedbuck, Kudu, Mountain Reedbuck, Brown Hyena, Serval, Black Backed Jackal. Breeding colonies of Bald Ibis and Blue crane are found on the property.

The average elevation is around 6000 feet AMSL, which allows for trout to breed and exist throughout the year. 1.5 kilometres of Elandskloof river also runs through the farm. Various  natural fountains and wetland areas as well as waterfalls and beautiful gorges are found on the property. Most of the ranch is accessible with 4 wheel drive vehicle. beautiful views all over for as far as the eye can see. 

One fully equipped three bedroom house, one fully equipped two bedroomed house, and one fully equipped  managers cottage. Five beautifully appointed staff units. The ranch is supplied with three phase national grid electricity. Crystal clear mountain water from a borehole supplies the homesteads. 

The ranch is also a short distance away from the Ernie Els designed Highland Gate Golf course.
