HOW TO GET HERE

The Natal International airport receives several flights per week from many European cities. In Brazil, airlines GOL and TAM have daily flights to Natal from all major Brazilian cities. Pipa is approx 80km from the Natal airport and is reached from the airport in around 1 hour by car. There is also daily bus transportation from Natal to Pipa.

Most lawyers will charge you between 1 1.5% in legal fees of the property purchase price. You can budget for approx 7,5% purchasing costs (incl. legal fees) on top of the purchase price. The fee will vary slightly depending on the area you are buying in.
