FARM lake district close to NATIONAL PARK VILLARRICA

Close to the National Park Villarrica in the middle of nowhere the farm is located in Challupen Alto, 30 minutes drive from "city center" of Villarrica.

The typical "campo" with (basic/simple standard) wooden house is actually not income producing. There are several fruit trees, a private lagoon, nativ forest and several small rivers on the farm.
