Here is the deal, I have lived extensively in Central America Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Mexico and find no better location than outside of David, Panama. Crime here is very low, they have real laws and real police. The cost of living is the lowest here out of all developed Central American countries especially David. Here you are located 20 minutes from the beaches and world class fishing, surfing and diving. But also 30 minutes from mountain towns with breathaking beauty like Boquete and Volcan. You are also located 30 minutes from the Costa Rican border should you care to visit. Trust me it is a great place to visit but you do not want to live there. Perhaps most importantly you are 5 minutes from David but in a cooler micro-climate beacause of our geographical positioning yes David is warm.
