Once in a while, I visit a property we are listing and I have an OMG moment. In the courtyard is the entertainment building, with a bar for parties, barbecues, or other social affairs. Events for two dozen people could easily be hosted here.
Topping it all off is the river, set in a forested ravine on the border of the property. A short walk down a concrete stairway takes you to the river-bank. Right now, in the dry season, the water level is low, but in the rainy season there is lots of water for swimming.
In most other parts of the world, this property would cost at least a million dollars, probably more. Even in Panama, where there are many good values, it is a steal at $314,000 (firm, not negotiable).
