The AZUL development is part of a canal system on the Southern edge of Kralendijk, Bonaire’s cozy capital, just North of the Flamingo Airport. The navigable canals create a peaceful waterfront living environment.

AZUL’s tastefully designed Gatehouse welcomes you to our private “la Isla” island. In addition to providing gated privacy, the Gatehouse is also home to the rooftop Fitness Center & Spa, and 22 exclusive “Concierge Service” resort suites.
The Spa will offer treatments derived from the Bonaire flora and fauna, featuring fresh Aloe facials, Cactus extract rubs, and fresh Salt scrubs, of course a range of Massages will also be available. The Fitness Center will be equipped with modern exercise equipment and a rooftop lap pool, catering to those wanting to keep up on their workouts.

Each romantic AZUL Casita offers a private waterfront garden with pool and private dock. In true Caribbean style, the Casita design epitomizes the concept of indoor/outdoor living.
Every Casita features 3 bedroom suites & 3½ bathrooms. The comfortable living room, state-of-the-art kitchen, and grand master suite at ground level open up to the  private back yard on the water.
AZUL’s light and tropical architecture is based on Bonaire’s Dutch Caribbean heritage, while landscape design enhances the architecture and maximizes shade creation to protect you from the midday sun.

The Casita comes fully furnished, and measures approximately 2,000 square feet (192 square meters) on indoor space.
AZUL’s standard upper floor suites are designed in a King & a double Queen bed configuration. Both suites feature panoramic water views.

Every AZUL Casita comes fully furnished with tasteful, comfortable furniture that exemplifies “tropical elegance.” Actual furnishings will vary slightly from concepts shown.
Your kitchen is designed to epitomize graceful living by encouraging interaction between chef, family, and guests. Sophisticated and functional, each Casita kitchen comes with every convenience you can imagine, including spacious refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, full stove, oven, and microwave.
AZUL’s bedroom furniture and fine linens share their design with our upscale resort, offering you the convenience of easy housekeeping service when needed.

As an AZUL owner you may also be eligible to participate in a rental program managed by the property’s hotel operator, so when you’re not occupying your Casita, we can rent it for you if you wish.

Kralendijk, water front
Kralendijk, the capital of Bonaire, is a beautiful small village. This is the place to shop & dine. Along the main shopping street Kaya Grandi you have some colorful restored houses from the late 1800s and early 1900s.
