The house has been completed on 2 levels and is very spacious with 225 sq mtrs of living space. However, if the further 2 levels under the house are completed (another 225 sqm) to make a huge house of 4 levels. The value then would be about 20 million. Alternatively, our plan was to create TWO self contained apartments with private access.
