Casa is situated just a few steps from the glistening sand beach. A few more steps brings you to the clear, warm water of the crystal blue ocean. From the casa/deck you will relax and watch the whales, dolphins, mantas and other oceanlife play out front. You may want to slip into the water with your snorkel and mask to view the real life aquarium in front of you. Or you may want to take a short walk over to the shell beach and/or possibly walk a little further to the third, and largest secluded beach.
The small,quaint fishing village of Chimo, is a short hike south along the oceanfront, where you can relax and have a cervaza or two. There is also a market where you may want to shop for locally grown produce and other essentials.
There are many other hiking trails that will take you up into the jungle and thru banana/papaya and palm groves. You may be lucky enough to find a fresh coconut that you can break open, drink the sweet juice and eat the fresh fruit.
Take one of the kayaks out for a tour of the coastline and go to Chimo by water or just take a tour of the wave carved caves along the coast.

I am offering my casa for sale at $55,000.00 US. The property is located on leased land that has 22 years left on the original lease with 2- 7 year extensions which will give you a minimum of 36 more years. The only additional expense will be the monthly maintenance fee which is $175.00 per month.
