Additional Details and Nearby Services: Your country estate is situated in the center of a triangle of three Valle de Uco towns; Tunuyan, San Carlos, and Tupungato. These towns offer full-service grocery markets, pharmacies, a full range of retail services, charming shops with a variety of local arts and crafts, outdoors sporting goods stores, hardware stores, nurseries (called viveros locally), medical clinics, and more. A one hour drive to the north is Mendoza City, with all the services you would expect from a thriving culturally-diverse international city of one million people.

Access: 15 minutes over paved roads from the town of Tunuyan, or 20 minutes via paved Corridor Productivo from the town of Tupungato. One hour via Route 40 from Mendoza City.

Water rights, wells: The property has an artesian well that produces about 150,000 liters of water per hour. A pressurized drip irrigation system provides irrigation water to each lot. The system is installed inside each lot, at the owner's expense, once the lot is planted with vineyards or orchards. You can also water your garden, lawn, and any additional landscaping you may have.

Crops Planted: Each owner has the ability to select the type of vineyards or orchards they want to plant, then the SCL vineyard team plants and maintains the vineyards or orchards. Of course the SCL enologist and agronomist will recommend the type of grapes best suited to each lot and soil type. This region is prime for Malbec and other varietals.

Property Structures: Each lot is purchased without structures, so it is raw land. Each owner can choose to build a home, guest home, or other structures, at the time of their choosing. However, there is no obligation to build.

Climate and Environment: Dry and warm most of the year, with over 300 days of sunshine annually. Cooler evenings which make for the perfect temperature variation for quality vineyards.

Utilities Available: Electricity is available at the entrance to the property and in the common area. Potable water, and drip irrigation water is available at each lot from the property’s well. Septic and propane gas available on request at an extra charge.
