      This spectacular property is located in the Jack Neal Beach Community on Utila's south shore.  The community consists of 9 beach lots and 11 back lots.  All lots are subject to covnenants and restrictions which basically prohibit any commercial activity.  This insures that the community remains a tranquil and unspoiled paradise.  Each lot is assessed a  fee of just $200 per year to maintain a full time caretaker.  The caretaker maintains the community dock, keeps the beaches and adjacent areas clean and provides security.
