Live peacefully and survive the unfolding world crisis on this 8 hectares (20 acres) of natural beauty in the exclusive area of Punta De Mita, Mexico. The Land is titled private property (not ejido) and comes with a Mexican corporation in your name that enables you to own the land yourself. The property taxes are 40 Dollars a year-yes forty dollars.The  land is also zoned for tourist quality development which is about 80 homes or condos. Construction costs here are low and construction materials are simple yet very appealing. The location is 45 minutes north along our beautiful and warm Bahia Banderas from the Puerto Vallarta Airport in the friendly State of Nayarit. It is fast and inexpensive to fly to USA cities. And the other positive factor here is the people and culture.

Don´t believe the anti Mexican propaganda in the American press. If you are not directly involved in the drug business you are completely safe in Mexico. Punta Mita is probably one of the safest locations in the whole world. Mexico in general is much safer than the USA. Also the economic fundamentals of Mexico are in reality very good. I am a designer/architect from California who has been living here for 18 years and now enjoys dual citizenship. I have a company of very good people that can help you with all the processes and permits/titles for buying, plotting, selling parcels, designing and permitting, building, selling or renting, immigration documents and citizenship. You can get a residence permit which will lead to citizenship if you live here for a few years.
