The property is surrounded by lush tropical flowering foliage, palms and fruit trees in the large yard between the main house and the sea wall.

On the island there is electricity 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with few interruptions of power. There is plenty of water available from the 200,000 gallon a day municipal desalination plant as well as 2 large water cisterns and a 2500 liter water tank for rain catchment.
