Three bedroom, three bath 3000 Sq. Ft. executive home built in 1978 by the then President of Beringer Vineyards. Views from the back patio are spectacular--there isn't a better view from the valley floor in all of the Napa Valley.

In 2006, at the NEW WORLD WINE Competition (all wines of the world outside of Europe) Riesling made exclusively from this vineyard won the top award out of over 2000 wines of all varieties, both red and white--The American Airlines Trophy. Both varieties have produced wines that have won prestigious awards over the years'.

You can build your own winery (need a minimum of 10 acres) and make your own wine (we have frontage on a major road that crosses the Valley); have another winery custom crush the grapes for you; or, sell the grapes via existing grape contracts (or new contracts of your own choosing). You can continue to use our vineyard manager of 20 years' or tend the grapes yourself. Price includes all vineyard equipment needed to bring the grapes to harvest.

We have never had a loss to Spring frost due to an overhead sprinkler system powered by a 1000 gal. per minute diesel pump. 

Located in the Napa Valley Agricultural Preserve, there is 40 acre minimum zoning so that the area will never be paved over.

Vineyard is a 5 minute walk to the center of the Town of Yountville, home to world renown wineries (Domaine Chandon and Robert Mondavi) and restaurants (The French Laundry). Yountville is located halfway between the Cities of Napa and St. Helena.

It is less than an hours' drive to San Francisco or Sacramento; 1 1/2 hours to a spectacular coast and beaches; and, 3 hours to Lake Tahoe.

We have owned the property for over 30 years but have lived on the East Coast for the past four years to be near our family.
