We are a 10 minute walk to the town square or a 3 minute walk to the grocery store. There is on street parking for those clients that rent cars and easy taxi service for those that would rather that option or walk.These Lovely tropical decorated apartment/condos have several personal touches setting them apart from the typical rental apartments. Hand painted flowers and fish in the kitchen areas, special chipped tile layed on the roof, stained glass in the glass dome over the stair well, Colored glass panels in the handmade doors and each is named by a stone color coordinated with the glass in the door and the Mayan sculpture at each entrance. All 4 apartments have the same floor plan. The exception is the upstairs Apartment bedrooms , Amethest and Emerald are a little bigger and have 2 Queen beds in the bedroom. The down stairs has the storage /laundry room between the 2 apartments therefore the bedroom is a little smaller and have one Queen size bed in the bedroom. All have private bathrooms. A small veranda is off the front of the upstairs apartment for sitting and relaxing with one short flight up to the roof top porch. The upstairs apartments have stoves refrigerators, microwaves, blenders, toasters, Coffee makers, TV's with Cable, cook ware, dinnerware, Dining tables with Chairs, futon or sofa, Lighting, ceiling fans, mini split air conditioners, dressers and wardrobes.The 2 apartments on the first floor have one queen size bed in the bedroom plus a single size futon in the living room and a single bathroom. They also have back porches and a front porches for sitting in the garden and admiring the orchids and other tropical plants in the garden. They too have stoves, refrigerator, microwaves, blenders, toasters, coffee makers, TV's with cable, cookware, dinnerware, Dining tables with chairs, futon or sofa, lighting, ceiling fans, mini split air conditioners, dressers and wardrobes. We offer wireless internet that is at your discretion to keep and the owner/ managers apartment has a telephone landline.Each apartment also includes a book with handy tips for the island. Interesting facts about the island and its history. Traffic rules, Laws, places to go and see, where we recommend eatting, what to watch out for and a little information about how we got here and some of our adventures. Between the 2 lower apartments is a Laundry/storage room that has the washing machine, shelving, linens, paper products and other items for business. With extra storage under the staircase. On the side of the back porch of one of the lower apartments where the owners now live are 2 tool sheds for storing tools and items. The house has a gravity fed water system. There are 2 water tanks on the roof that house 4000 liters of water and a cistern or tank underground that holds 13 cubic meters of water. There is also a 15 foot fresh water well in the back yard that has a transfer switch to the holding tanks if neccasaryEach apartment has a Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom,living room and, airconditioning unit and electric meter for easy division of Apartment expenses for long term clients. The units have been rented out by the week or Month successfully for the past 7 years and have repeat clients each year. You will be provided with the Website that was made for the house/apartments. The complex is located 3 short blocks from the largest grocery store and just a couple more blocks from access to the ocean and an ocean side pool. The building was designed and built to have a 3rd floor that was never built. We have the Original blue prints for future building.
