Two very exclusive unique villas

The brandnew villas (finished in 2007) are in one of the most beautiful sides of the south coast of Dominican Republic, in the small city of Juan Esteban, Barahona. This is two minutes away from the famous Beach “EL QUEMAITO”. The project was built in a piece of land of 3.412 m² (5.5 tareas). Our comfortable villas with their striking architecture were built on a rocky cliff directly at the ocean with a marvelous view to the ocean (180º) in an unusually beautiful location.
