The house is situated in Asturias; the green province in the north of Spain.  

This quality log house is imported from Finland and build on a plot of 2850 m2, fenced and closed with cypresses, a horse stable and a paddock. 

The house area is approximate 130 m2, with living room (40 m2), kitchen (20 m2), bathroom (12 m2), 2 dubble bedrooms (18 m2 each), a dressing room (6 m2) and a study room (8 m2).

Kitchen and bathroom have tiled floors, the other rooms have wooden floors. 

The annex is 24 m2 and has a cosy guest room. The terrace is tiled. 

The basement (car park) area is approximate 130 m2, with a ceiling height of 2,5 meters. It has a separate tiled laundry room with sink.  

The house has a covered main entrance and a covered deck outside the kitchen. 

Heating and warm water is electrical. The wood stove is used for heating as well.  

The house is located in a quiet area with spectacular views, but is only 8 car minutes away from the capital of Asturias, Oviedo, with its picturesque, antique city centre and green parks. 

The cities of Aviles and Gijon are 20 minutes away, the airport 30 minutes.  

The International English School of Asturias is located within 10 minutes by car and also school bus service is available. 

At 1 km from the house you will find the Equestrian Centre “Asturcon” which provides accomodation for horses and organizes competitions and events in various disciplines on National- and International level.

Asturcon´s beautiful area is great for hiking, biking or horseback riding along mountain- and forest tracks and river sides. This is all within walking distance from the house.

Canoeing on the various rivers is also a common sport in Asturias.

Several 18 holes golf courses are available in the area.

The nearby sports centre “La Morgal” has a private flying club with airfield.

The Cordillero Cantabrica offers a beautiful mountain landscape, wild life and skiing at less then 1 hour driving.

The famous natural mountain reserve "Picos de Europa" is also nearby.

The many nice Ocean beaches are less then 30 minutes away.
