Located in Crespo Colombia, a high end suburb of Cartagena Colombia, Crespo is only second to Bocagrande, down town Cartagena.
Crespo is mainly high end single family homes with a few condo complexes along the beach. Crespo is home to the International Airport of Cartagena. Just minutes from Bocagrande with high end Super markets, Shopping/Mauls and minutes from Old Centro, historic sites, old Fort, open air market.

Is 4 stories located on the Beach, apartment located on 2 lv. Complex is located on dead end Street no traffic very quiet.
Complex offers New Security upgrades, Updated Pool and Jacqui’s, Generator back up 24/7.
Next to the Apartment is a grade school and across the street is the profession club, swimming pool tennis courts, members only, low impact.
Administration/Complex
The Apartment Administration is very good, The Complex accounts all in order, no construction allowed between 11am and 2pm or after 5pm, it has 24 hour security, with video monitoring outer fence and parking ,no one may enter the building without tenant’s permission and workers and maids checked before exiting. No pool parties after 10pm weekdays and 12pm weekends.
This Complex is great. There is No loud music or all night weekend battle of the bands. You can have all the fun you want and parity all you want in your apartment but not at the expense of your neighbors. The dead end street is great No traffic. Closing times for public areas enforced and pool area. Parking is always open. I sleep very well here. You have owner’s rights for voting for Administration and Complex decisions/projects. Brown Sand with Rocky Jetties every ½ mile or so, Water transparency low, Best main land beach in Colombia.
Very Clean! The city has workers cleaning the beaches daily. Very relaxing, less touristic then Bogagrande.
