Sea Place Villa
is located on the ocean's edge of Simpson Bay, which is the Dutch side of St. Maarten.  This oceanfront two bedroom luxury villa is in the complex, La Siesta Residence, which is a small private, 13-unit resort, comprised of two buildings that share an oceanfront pool.  Sea Place Villa is one of three units in Building B.  It encompasses the entire 2nd floor, with spectacular views and sea breezes.  Private 2nd floor lets you sleep with the windows open.  Convenient parking in front of the property and private access to the beach.

Sea Place Villa at La Siesta Residence is located on Simpson Bay Beach, a two-mile magnificent stretch of white sand and swimmable beach, also great for morning walks or jogging.  Relax or dine on the large private covered veranda with a dining table that seats 6 or snooze on the 4 recliners.  When you are ready for sun and surf, there are 2 chaises beach front for your personal use, plus an oceanfront swimming pool. 

Sea Place Villa has all the amenities of a luxury hotel--maid service, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washer and dryer, comfy king bed, colorful linens/towels and LCD TVs/DVDs in the bedrooms and living room.  The villa has cable TV, a computer with high-speed Internet access and Vonage phone service with unlimited calls to and from the US.
