The farm is 3.7 Kilometers off the Pan American Highway in Chiriqui Province, 31 miles from David. About 12 miles from Concepcion and is just 15 minutes from the Costa Rica border.
This property is at 200 meter above sea level. Average temperatures are between 70 and 85 degrees Farenheit.
It is a working Passion-Fruit Farm and Passion-Fruit Juice-Processing Plant. It has some 2,000 newly planted Passion-Fruit vines on 2 Hectares. There is land for expansion up to 15 Hectares.
The farm also has about 80 Orange-, Lemon-, Tangerine-, and Noni-Trees.
There is also a beautiful Bamboo Forest, several big Eucalyptustrees, and two beautiful Palm Hammocks.
About 70 Cattles (not part of the property) are grazing on the lower part of the property at $ 3 a piece/month.
A new shed 25’ x 100’ is now built and houses the Fruit Juice Processing Plant. There is a 2-Bed, 2-Bath, Kitchen and Livingroom planned but only partially built at the moment.
The plant produces some 8000 Kgs / 17,000 lbs of fruit juice per month, all sold to local customers.
There are 5 permanent employees taking care about the farm and the juice processing.
Electricity is connected to the public grid and a 100 feet waterwell is just days away to be drilled.
All farm machinery and equipment, production machinery, emergency generator, and a Toyoto Mini Van is included in price.
There is a stream at the western borders of the property and the paved main road to San Andres ist at the eastern border, in front of the farm. The Farm has direct access to this main road.
