The residential component of West Caicos Reserve will feature a limited mix of oceanfront estate homes, cottages and custom building lots. These developments will be positioned on 250 acres of oceanfront land, sprinkled throughout the island in authentic Caribbean neighborhoods, including Silver Palms, Delvin’s Cove and Caicos Pointe.

The centerpiece of the community will be the intimate 125-room hotel, Molasses Reef, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, featuring three restaurants and a full-service spa. Designed in small cottages with lush landscaping, the spa will incorporate indigenous herbal plants in treatments. Oceanfront guest rooms, all with private terraces, will be configured in one- and two-story groupings, spread over a half-mile of pristine beachfront.

Alongside the hotel, on one-third mile of beachfront, the Island Villas at Molasses Reef will offer a limited number of residences managed and serviced by The Ritz-Carlton. Owners and guests will enjoy access to all hotel services, including housekeeping, spa, dining and concierge. Generously-sized from 2,700 square-foot two-bedroom residences to penthouses of over 6,000 square feet, the Villas take full advantage of panoramic ocean views with generous balconies and covered terraces that create a seamless flow between the indoors and out.

Many Villas will feature an oceanfront lock-off guest suite — fully appointed as a five-star hotel suite. Each lock-off suite is available for occupancy separate from the main Villa. All owners and guests of The Ritz-Carlton rental program will enjoy the concierge services and legendary amenities available from Molasses Reef, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve.
