The residential component of West Caicos Reserve will feature a limited mix of oceanfront estate homes, cottages and custom building lots. All owners and guests of The Ritz-Carlton rental program will enjoy the concierge services and legendary amenities available from Molasses Reef, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve.
