The villa was previously the residence of a family of industrialists and therefore has historical value.It was built for Johann Georg Fahr who owned the Fahr-Landmaschinen factory (Fahr farm machinery). It was built using the best building materials with a comfortable layout, and is also beautiful and has well-preserved stylistic elements. The villa also benefits from a fully developed loft space including seminar rooms.
