We are 2 german brothers and don't even know if we really want to sell our living dream, but however: Take it .... or leave it  ;-)

In 1998 we started our project by buying the land and building the hotel. After 3 years of construction time we opend in 2001 and in between 3 years we became Vilcabambas leading hotel. It is a resort like place, highly recommended by all important international guidebooks. Till today we are proud what we've created and enjoy to live here. So we are not in a hurry. But I think we need a new challange. Okay then:

the hotel comes 100% functional and full equiped.

What are we offering:

100.000 m2  (ca. 25 acres or 10 hectare)

Two stories mainbuilding with reception, panorama restaurant, big kitchen, storrage room, 4 rooms with shared bath and big panorama terrace.

Accomodation en total  24 rooms  up to 71 guests, divided in:                                                                         

2 family cabins, 6 matrimonial cabins, 10 private rooms (located in 3 seperate cabins), 4 private rooms at the mainbuilding,  2 suites

1 Swimming pool with waterfalls and little lagoons

1 Panorama restaurant for 48 customers

1 Pool side bar

1 Holistic wellness room

1 Cabin for our 15 bikes, laundry and storrage room

1 Cabin with 2 rooms for tools and maintenance

2 Parking lots

1  Water reservoire of 100 m3

All build by us (German quality as far as possible in Ecuador)

Only hotel in Vilcabamba offering best drinking water coming out of the tab. Our water comes straight down from the National park "Podocarpus".
