The house has four bedrooms with their private bathrooms, big enough to accommodate two full beds and two single beds. air conditioning, satellite t.v., internet and view of the ocean from all the bedrooms. There are two additional small bedrooms with a bathroom in between, each with air conditioning, making it a total of six bedrooms and six bathrooms. From 7-13 people, another maid is added to the staff and $120.00 more per week.
The main entretainment area consists of living room, dinning room, kitchen, kitchen closet, and a guest bathroom. The house comes fully furnished and a well equiped kitchen. The infinity pool overlooking the bay falls into a kiddie pool. The lower level of the house is spacious for children to play, including a sand box. There is plenty of space to park many cars inside the property. You will find San Juan del Sur to have a lot of good restaurants, boutiques, and live entreteiment. |
