The new project will be a complete new development near Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, Mexico, an area that will be more and more famous in Mexican tourism as slowly Acapulco gets too dangerous and Puerto Vallarta too overcrowded and too expensive.
Puerto Escondido is a lovely little town with still all Mexican natural "ingredients" - charming - emotional - special and the state of Oaxaca is really "magic". It means "small port" - used to be a hippie destination for many years and now after growing slowly still got the special charm of a fishing village. Puerto has absolutely good vibrations. Besides; this place is among the top three destinations for surfers.
We're 20 minutes from the airport of Puerto Escondido (PXM) and more or less 25 minutes from the center of town.
The project has all together 60ha (150 acres) of property and more than meters (1500 feet) beach front.
Included in this development is a fully operating resort. Las Hadas has 12 suites - 8 of these 12 suites are finished and ready to be rented - a restaurant, fully equipped kitchen, additional traditional kitchen, public bath rooms, large swimming pool, relax palapa, playing facilities, parking area and lots of meadows with lots of flowers.
We just started to establish the resort on the market, got the first wholesaler and started some marketing. A company in the US is working on a search engine friendly version of the website and we put some ads into important websites like mexico-mio, mexperience, tomzap, go2oaxaca or some Puerto Escondido hotel listings.
We also own a property of 18 hectares (approximately 45 acres) on top of the hill above Las Hadas resort with the most beautiful view onto the Pacific Ocean with its most gorgeous beaches. This is such a spectacular view from most of the parts of this property - the perfect place to develop with villas, casitas and condominiums, maybe with private pools, but also an Olympic size swimming pool and - like in the rest of the community - no cars allowed; just golf carts.
Part of the project - maybe the most important part - are 20 hectares of beach property with hundreds of coconut trees, fruit trees and more than 500 Meters (approximately 500 feet) of beach front. We plan 8 villas or houses per hectare with an own natural looking swimming pool in the middle, more than 60% nature, natural walk and drive ways for the golf carts and beautiful setings - meadows, little lakes, many trees. It's a real dream place!
Another 20 hectares next to the resort and hill property will include more houses and villas on top of the hill, and down in the valley a lot of facilities: Parking lots for each house and space to store the golf cart while owners will be out; a Spa, massage, exercise room, exwercise trails, leisure facilities, tennis, climbing wall, maybe a driving range to practice your golf standard, maybe a mini club to take care of the kids during vacation and holidays, squash, croquet, petanque, basketball, mini-football as well as some shops and many more options.
All warm water will produceds with solar energy. Later we're going to add a solar park and wind mill to add ecological and renewable energy into the community and make most parts independent from oil or gas.
Investment price for this project is 1.5 Mill US$ at 12% interest rate or you make a choice to get one of the beach properties with a villa and 10% interest. Interest will be paid yearly.
