Our Chilean properties are situated in Santa Augusta near the Fishing Village of Quintay. The rentals are on the beach in the Alta Vista Condominium. Santa Augusta is located 114 Km (1hour 1/2) from Santiago. Valparaiso and Viña del Mar are only 35 minutes away, by car.There on the coast, the air is fresh, birds sing, flowers bloom, the eucalyptus and pines reach toward the sky, and the beautiful Pacific spreads into the horizon. What are the apartments like? In Santa Augusta, the Alta Vista Condos are situated in a beautifully-landscaped gated community.
