The business has also, all of the required Guatemalan authorizations: INGUAT
(Guatemalan Tourism Institute), CONAP (Environmental Authority), SAT
(Tributary Administration), OCRET (State Land Authority), Sanitary and
Liquor License.
PROPERTY
Property is 4746.2081 m² with 12 m (256 feet) of water front. It is
relatively flat, abundant trees have been kept to give shade and keep the
place cool. A nice breeze from the north east cools us every afternoon. From
here, you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises over San Gil Mountain
Resort is located right at the foot of the bridge, with a wide driveway and
side walk, conveniently located across from main bus station.
Compound is connected to the town water system, which is potable and usually
abundant, except for dry season. It also has a back up river water pump,
filtered and chlorinated for dry season, when city water is not enough.
We have our own drainages system formed by one main septic tank and two
secondary ones. Septic tanks have been supervised and checked by local
Health Unit and go underground.
Two main electric lines feed the property, enough to run the whole compound.

RESTAURANT
Bruno´s restaurant serves all kinds of good food, sandwiches made with our
home made bread, pastas, chicken, beef, pork, seafood and more.
Open Monday through Friday, from 7 AM till 10 PM, with a different special
every day, BBQ on Wednesday and Sunday. Affordable prices, excellent food.
Also, liquors, cocktails, non alcoholic drinks available. We have license
from Guatemalan authorities to sell liquor, has to be renewed every year.
It has a total of 18 typical wooden tables with 74 seats. 5 coolers provided
by suppliers to keep drinks cool (Beer and soda). Also all of the plates,
silverware, cups and glasses to serve food and drinks.
Kitchen is fully equipped, ready to go, with 3 big freezers to keep meat,
poultry, seafood and ice. We also have 2 coolers to keep perishable goods.
Kitchen hast 2 microwaves, 3 industrial stoves, 1 regular stove with oven to
bake bread. Pots and pans and other utensils.
Inventory on stock varies from seafood, meat, poultry, liquor, vegetables,
enough to keep restaurant going for at least two weeks.
Income in restaurant varies depending on season.
COMMUNICATIONS OFFICE
Internet Café with 7 stations, high speed Internet. An air conditioned unit
cools this place. Computers are rented by the 15 minutes, ½ hour or 1 hour.
Also provides wireless service for the docks, charged by the month..
Local and international phone calls and fax service.
LAUNDRY
Laundry service is available every day. Laundry facility has 2 washers and 2
dryers.
Price of laundry is US$5.33 per load.
