We have 20,400 square meters in one of the most beautiful and preserved places of Florianopolis. Located in Costa da Lagoa, our property is only reached by boat or on foot, what makes it even more attractive for those who long for peace and close contact with nature.
With superb location, it has a 50 meter sand beach just by the lagoon and 400 meters that go up to a forested hill. We have two houses built in the lot. Each one has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living rooms and terraces, 20 meters distant from each other. We also have a boatgarage and wooden decks with a wonderful view of Lagoa da Conceição.
Capital of the state of Santa Catarina, Florianopolis is 50 minutes away from São Paulo by plane. Even though the city is very developed, with universities, shopping centers and a great touristic industry, it has kept many places preserved in terms of the environment. Lots of people usually go to Costa da Lagoa because ot its restaurants serving seafood. The potential for a pousada or hotel is clear, but you are definately going to be happy there even if you don't move anything at all.
Another thing is for sure: there aren't many properties as ours in terms of area, view, geography and location. From there, you can even hear the sound of the sea. The nearest beach from there is the also wonderful Praia Moçambique, which is less than 2 kilometers away and can be reached on foot after you cross the lagoon.
The water is very clean and extremely pleasant for swimming.
There are frequent lines of boats that go up to our property, located in boat stop 19 every 50 minutes. The beautiful trip takes 45 minutes in one of these boats, but if you have your own it might take only 10 minutes. It can also cross the lagoon the other way, and park your car on the other shore of it, just opposite the property. This trip is only 5 minutes and there are also boat lines that way.
