This beautiful brand new (2006) beach front home is located between Champoton and Sabancuy, in Mexico’s Yucatan peninsula. Casa De Paris is situated approximately 1 hour from Ciudad Del Carmen and Campeche airports, and approximately 3 hours from Merida airport. The area is not commercialized at all, and will allow you to experience the "real" Yucatan Peninsula lifestyle, and it’s wonderful people. Vacation Rental Ammenities: Casa De Paris offers secluded rest and relaxation for anyone who enjoys the quiet life. This home features an open floor plan with views of the Gulf of Mexico, tiled floors throughout, high vaulted ceilings, spacious living room, dinning room, and a fully equipped custom kitchen. The kitchen offers new modern appliances, and a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Next to the kitchen there is a laundry room featuring a washer and dryer, and pantry for your convenience. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms connected by a catwalk that spans from one side of the house to the other. The hacienda style master bedroom features a California king sized bed, private bathroom, and two private terraces; one for enjoying the sunrise, and the other for enjoying the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico while enjoying a bottle of wine and a good book. At the other end of the catwalk is a second bedroom which features a queen sized bed, private bathroom, and also another two private terraces (same orientation as the others). The first floor is home to the third bedroom which is completely handicap accessible. This room is outfitted with two twin beds, and adjoins a bathroom. Complete bed and bath linens as well as beach towels are provided in each room. Immediately through the sliding glass doors of the living room you’ll be greeted by a large trellis covered terrace (furnished) with a connecting custom built 6 person Jacuzzi. A few steps away is the beautiful white sandy beach that the region is known for. Imagine lounging the day away in a hammock for two under the beach palapa, or walking for several miles barefoot while looking for sea shells and coral. Casa De Paris offers remote controlled air conditioners and remote controlled ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living room, as well as a complete home entertainment center (CD, DVD, VHS, Stereo Receiver and 32" flat screen TV). Casa De Paris is completely Handicap Accessible with a ramp leading to the front door. The shower on the first floor has no floor barrier so a wheelchair can be rolled directly into the shower. There is a full service oceanfront bar and restaurant, Bahia De Tortugas, just a short walk down the beach from the house. It offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily and has a swimming pool with facilities for its guests. Casa Sabancuy is an associate property and is located next door to Casa De Paris. It can also be rented to accommodate larger groups of families and friends. Casa de Paris offers the ultimate location for those looking for peace and tranquility. Attractions: - Ednza, Palenque, and many other ancient Mayan Ruins and Haciendas within 2 or 3 hours driving time.
- Sea turtle sanctuary located next to the Bahia De Tortugas restaurant. Participate in watching the sea turtles laying their eggs on the beach, and then help by releasing the baby sea turtles into the ocean (May thru August). This is a great treat for children of all ages.
- Tours of the historic walled city of Campeche, the state capital.
- Cultural shopping in Campeche, Champoton, and Ciudad Del Carmen.
- Surf fishing, kite flying, miles of white sandy beaches to walk on which are loaded with sea shells and coral. A variety of beach toys are maintained at the property as well for your children to use.
Rental Information:
Casa De Paris is a private home offered for rent by the week or month, shorter and extended stays can be negotiated. Rental fee is for two people and includes all utilities and end-of-week cleaning service. Maid service can be purchased ala carte. This house can accommodate up to six people.
