The lagoon lot features a boat house with electric boat lift. Electric garage door with remote and plenty of area for storage or a work bench.
The top floor of the boat house is currently under construction and will consist of a studio type apartment. One bedroom, one bath, laundry area, kitchen and living area. There will also be an open porch overlooking the lagoon and Mayan mountains.
There is a retaining wall on the lagoon side and a small room under the stairs leading to the apartment for gardening tools or storage.
