This property is situated 13 kms. from the center of General Alvear, a clean and modern agricultural town of 45,000. 

There is a well maintained asphalt road from town, with the final 700 meters of road being gravel. 

There is electricity going past the property. 

The earth is of very high quality, which is not always the case - soil quality fluctuates widely from area to area.  This is borne out by Aldo's fully producing peach and plum farm across the street.  There was a vineyard planted on the finca which did extremely well, so the locals tell me, but it was abandoned.  The old vineyard has been removed and is ready for planting a new one! 

The land is irrigated by runoff from the Andes through a series of canals.  Every 8 days the water flows through the canals and gates to the farm.  The water flow is extraordinarily high.

This land is bordered on both sides by Americans. 

This is a good bargain, with worked, level land being at a premium here.
