The House:

Seperate self contained accommodation to the rear of the main house featuring a large bed-sit area with kitchenette, sep toilet & shower leading to the double carport. At present, this is used for tourists in summer & long term let in winter.

The Barn:

There is also a large warm and light barn (104.28 sqm). The barn is newly re-wired (power and lighting) with part mezzanine floor above, pot belly wood burner, telephone, hot & cold water, hot wire fence unit, work benches and at present, also stores 2 vehicles. It is constructed of the same material as the house, on a concrete base and features full height doors front and rear (for loading or would make very large windows/ranchsliders). The barn only requires gib lining and would make an excellent second home or 2 cottages. At rear there is a separate space, which at present is used for goat milking. This could make excellent bathrooms or kitchen etc.

Behind the barn there is a lean-to for hay storage, wood and goats winter quarters. There is also a chicken house, calf shed and brick block pig sty, and further shed (used as a childs Wendy house).

The Land:

There are five main paddocks, all well fenced, gated and with water troughs. The contour is flat to gently undulating. The mature totara trees in each paddock give the entire property a park like appearance.

There are two other large circular areas of grass at the rear of the house and a large enclosed area of fruit trees (avocado, fig, plum, citrus, grapes etc).
