Winery 1 (Las Paredes, San Rafael, Mza):

Wing with Cylindrical Pools : measuring 10.29 m x 29.50 m with metal roof, concrete floor. In this sector there are 5 cylindrical concrete pools of 8700 liters each utilized for the fermenting process of the grape pulp. The pools are equipped with stainless steel doors. The presses are also in this area. Access to the building is through metal gates.
Wing with Rectangular Pools: measuring 12.70 m x 29.50 m. with brick walls and concrete structure, and roofed with zinc corrugated metal over wooden joists. In this sector there are concrete pools of 950 liters. Over the east side of the building is the milling sector with presses. In the underground area there is a mill Sernagiotto with a capacity of 20,000 kg / hour, with its corresponding pumps, and 18 wine conservation pools with a capacity of 2000 liters each, and two pools of 3000 litters each. Bottling Wing : measuring 4.60m x 29.70 m with walls in bricks and concrete, concrete floors, and roof in woven cane covered in corrugated metal.
