Experience beachfront living on the Sea of Cortez at the water's edge. You can exchange, rent, or own, all or half of this beautiful property. We are located on the beach in the prestigious gated community of Villas de Las Palmas, just 5 minutes south of the town of San Felipe. We offer a new, large home with private beach access and a single entrance which is then divided into two separate, self contained units, one upper and one lower. Enjoy your evening cocktail overlooking our unparalleled, panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez as well as the town of San Felipe. The marina is located just one mile north, and is a great place to load your coolers with the local catch of the day. Each unit is completely private. The lower and upper levels encompass over 3500 square feet of living space. Each level has two bedrooms and each bedroom has a full bath plus an additional guest bathroom in the living area. The upper level has a queen sized bed in each bedroom plus a double sofa bed. The owner's quarters (lower level) is equipped with one king sized bed in the master's suite and a queen sized bed in the second bedroom. We have 2 queen inflatable beds that can be used for additional guests. Each floor has a dining and living area overlooking the ocean, a patio with table and chairs, and air conditioning and heating. Both have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, and refrigerator with icemaker. Both units offer a bar-b-que on the patio, a reverse osmosis system and a laundry room. Parking is very limited so please inquire.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two TVs are available in each unit. Each TV is equipped with DVD so bring your favorite movies for your stay. We have also installed Direct TV on one TV in each unit.  Soap, bed linen, and towels are provided. Our local management is available for special needs.

Vacation Rental Rates

 Upper level: $350 per night (sleeps 6 adults).

Owner's Quarters (lower level): $395 per night (sleeps up to 8 adults).

Rates will be discounted 20% for stays of 5 nights or more. (no discount during holiday periods.)

Rent the entire home (upper and lower) for your stay and get 20% discount, excludes holiday periods. (Sleeps a total of 14 Adults). 

Three night minimum stay required. Discounts cannot be combined. Rates include in/out maid service.

Additional maid service may be available upon request for a fee.

Cancellation penalties and Security Deposit Information:

Each level carries a $350.00 refundable security deposit.

Up to 30 days - full refund, less $50.00 processing fee.

30 -15 days - 50%

14 days or less - non refundable
