Also Utila is a 30 year event cycle-NOAA- for hurricanes(  AS a matter of fact  our  sportfish qualified for full insurance including HURRICANE and Named Storm coverage at  HALF  the Florida rate due to our SAFE location..Actually considered 60 nautical miles outside hurricane zone by  the London Underwriters!! ).

 Treasure Beach offers homesites that are ready to build on .All homesites are  ALREADY CLEARED intelligently and selectively for placement of the homes with respect to desirable flora and VIEWS. Specimen trees are not cut. All sites are LEVEL and require no lot improvement/prep to build on. We seriously doubt you will find a better piece of gorgeous pristine ocean front with all the desirable qualities Treasure Beach has anywhere let alone considering the extremely attractive price.
